We begin our voyage via orange groves, a heady exploration evocative of sunnier climes, before our first sip - ahem, bite - of the classic cocktail, reimagined through a chocolatier's lens. And what better way to raise a toast to the ultimate tipsy truffle?

Our chocolatiers spent months in our Inventing Room to capture and elevate the distinctive citrus notes, experimenting with different grades before settling on our signature mellow 40% milk chocolate for our Grand Mimosa's zippy yet snappable orange cacao shell (delicately coated with our house white chocolate and panned to create a naturally vibrant orange hue - no artificial colours here).

Carefully balancing the delicate alcohol to chocolate ratio, its delightfully smooth centre unites citrussy Grand Marnier and a dash of real Mercier Champagne in our creamy chocolate ganache. The result? A supremely elegant and citrussy truffle, imbued with gentle warmth from its tipsy ingredients, with the addition of zesty orange oil to convey the true essence of a fruity and uplifting Grand Mimosa. It's love at first taste. 

The connoisseurs among you may note that unlike most Champagne truffles (which typically contain Marc de Champagne - a brandy distilled from the leftover grape skins and seeds of Champagne in production) you'll only find real Mercier Champagne and real Grand Marnier in these chocolates. No imitations here.
