Flavoured with real champagne. We would never opt for anything else, whereas other chocolatiers use Marc de Champagne – a fiery spirit made from grape skins and stalks. We only ever use the stuff that we would drink ourselves. Anything other than authenticity means you lose all the delicate, nuanced floral notes found in the best champers.

To complement our truffles we used real whipping cream and a hint of strawberry to bring out the smooth and fruity notes of our bubbly. We only ever use real ingredients in our recipes: why use artificial flavours, when nature offers a bounty of fresh flavours to use?

Each truffle has been generously coated in a thick layer of 40% milk chocolate, offering deep yet mellow cocoa notes. Enjoy the multilayered flavours of the humble cocoa bean in a moreish way. Satisfying snappable, our milk chocolate has been perfectly tempered to achieve a smooth and melty finish.

Each chocolate truffles has been lovingly dusted with a pink blush for an added touch of elegance. Presented in a rose gold tin, these truffles make for a beautiful gift for that special person, or for a bit of a pick-me-up. Everyone needs a bit of self-indulgence every now and then, after all.
